Sambal Chicken

Have you ever heard of sambal chicken?
It is one Malaysian favorites. And of course mine too.
Well, for those who don't know how to cook it let me show ya!

The recipe

The ingredients:
1 breast of Chicken - cube
half onion slices
1 1/2 tbs chilli paste
half onion
a pinch shrimp paste
1 tbs chilli sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce

Firstly, blend chilli paste, shrimp paste and onion until become paste.
Dissolve with a little water.
Next, heat oil in a pan and add the paste.
Simmer for a few minutes.
Then add the chilli paste and oyster sauce, stir well.
If too thick and a little water.
After a few minutes, add in the chicken and let it cook.
Then season with salt and sugar. Finally, add in the onion slices.
Serve hot with a plate of white rice. YUM~
